Dear all,
I am trying to find information about Agilent one channel arrays
and it's extremely difficult to find something "complete". I mean
I need a simple description of how the platform is, comparing to
Affymetrix chips, how you preprocess them and analyse your data
comparing
to other platforms. I read previous emails to the bioconductor list but
I
wouldn't say that I have a full knowledge of the subject. Normally I
would
find all the information in Agilent website but I can't find anything
there.
So if it is possible could someone give me a recommendation where to
look for
papers, powerpoint presentations or something relevant with one-channel
(not two-channel)
Agilent Gene expression arrays?
Thanks in advance,
Daphne
