[BioC] affylmGUI: options for 'Export HTML Report'?

Hello,

When creating a Top Table (of differentially expressed genes) in 
affylmGUI there is a dialog with options for correction method, 
statistic to sort by, etcetera.

No such dialog is presented when using 'Export HTML Report'.

Is there a way to set these options for the html report?
