[BioC] Schedule for BioC 2.1 release

Hello all,

Just a quick heads up that the next release of Bioconductor is planned
for October 5th two days after the planned release of R-2.6.0.

and refer to discussion on bioc-devel.

Over the next couple of weeks is a good time for brave users to test
out the devel version of R with devel BioC packages and send us
feedback.
