[BioC] write to stderr

This sounds like an R question, and should be sent to the r-help
mailing list.

Provide more detail about operating system and desired outcome. Does

?BATCH

or

?stdout

and in particular

     respectively. The 'stdout()' and 'stderr()' connections can be
     re-directed by 'sink'.
