[BioC] installation problem with Windows binary cellHTS_1.6.0.zip

Hi,

 I have trouble with the installation of Windows binary 
cellHTS_1.6.0.zip 
<http://www.bioconductor.org/packages/2.0/bioc/bin/windows/contrib/2.5/cellHTS_1.6.0.zip>

Following error occurs:

 > library(cellHTS)
Loading required package: prada
Error in loadNamespace(i[[1]], c(lib.loc, .libPaths())) :
        there is no package called 'rrcov'
Error: package 'prada' could not be loaded


It is forbidden to download the  package rrcov (Windows 
binary:rrcov_0.3-06.zip 
<http://cran.mirroring.de/bin/windows/contrib/r-release/rrcov_0.3-06.zip>)  
needed for prada.

 > sessionInfo()
R version 2.5.1 (2007-06-27)
i386-pc-mingw32

How to solve this problem ?
