[BioC] bioconductor.org down on Tuesday June 20th 2:00pm-2:10pm Pacific Time

Dear Bioconductor users,


Our bioconductor.org server will be down for maintainance
tomorrow Tuesday June 20th from 2:00pm to 2:10pm Pacific Time.

During those 10 minutes, the following services won't be available:

  - Access to our Plone website http://bioconductor.org/

  - Access to our package repostitories
      http://bioconductor.org/packages/1.8/BiocViews.html
      http://bioconductor.org/packages/1.9/BiocViews.html

    This means that package installation through
      install.packages(..., repos="http://bioconductor.org")
    or via biocLite() or getBioC() won't work.

  - Access to our rsync server (for those mirroring us).

  - and probably a few more ;-)

During this time, please consider using one of the following mirrors:
  http://inn.weizmann.ac.il/bioconductor/  (Israel)
  http://microarrays.unife.it/bioconductor/  (Italy)
  http://www.bioinformatics.csiro.au/mirrors.shtml  (Australia)

If things go as expected, everything should be back to normal at 2:10pm
