[BioC] normalization of colonCA data

Hi all,

I would like to used the colonCA and golub datasets in some work that I am
preparing.  Whilst the golub data has been pre-processed of sorts, I would like
to normalize the colonCA data with vsn etc.  How do I work this function on an
exprSet?  Or how do I get the data back into a form from which I can proceed as
normal?
