[BioC] asking for some code

Taking this apart:

to find the Q5(quantile):
   See ?quantile

for each row:
   See ?apply

if x<n {
   do stuff
} else if ((x>n) & (x<m)) {
   do other stuff
} else {
   do other other stuff
}
