[BioC] problem loading simpleaffy library package

After typing into R 1.8.1 gui:

>Library(simpleaffy)

I receive the following message window:

"The procedure entry point pow could not be located in the dynamic link
library R.dll."

This message is followed by a warning in R as follows:

Error in dyn.load(x, as.logical(local), as.logical(now)) : 
        unable to load shared library
"C:/PROGRA~1/R/rw1081/library/simpleaffy/libs/simpleaffy.dll":
  LoadLibrary failure:  The specified procedure could not be found.
In addition: Warning message: 
package simpleaffy was built under R version 1.9.0 
Error in library(pkg, character.only = TRUE) : 
        .First.lib failed

Could someone help me with loading the simpleaffy package?
