Sept. 26, 2003: widgetTools - dropdownList was added to mimic the behavior 
    of a dropdown list without having to use tcltk extensions. JZ.

Sept. 24, 2003: widgetTools - tooltips was added to add tooltip capability 
    for widgets. JZ
