[BioC] Have the following error message while library(Biobase)!

Dear Sir, 
           I found the following message while 
>library(Biobase)
           my system is Windows XP with newly installed R1.80
 
> library(Biobase)
Error in bindingIsLocked(m2, where) : not an environment
Error in library(Biobase) : .First.lib failed
 
Would you mind to tell me how to correct it!
