[Bioc-devel] lost access to owner github account, still need to manage package repo

Hello,

A few years ago, I lost access permanently to my GitHub account. This
account is the owner of a bioconductor package (
https://github.com/hillarykoch/powerTCR)

Recently I learned that the package will be deprecated because it has a
dependency that will be deprecated. I forked the master branch of the
package and updated it, to replace the dependency with a more actively
maintained package (fork is here https://github.com/hillary-koch/powerTCR).

What is the correct procedure to transfer the ownership of powerTCR such
that it can continue to be maintained?
