Your fork is very very out-of-date with the version currently on Bioconductor. We have a version 1.33.0.

You should start with the current version that is on Bioconductor and adjust accordingly from there to ensure that historys are not out of sync and can be easily merged. Bioconductor no longer uses master as a default branch, the correct branch to start from currently is devel.

You have access to the package. Biconductor does not care about your personal or original location of the code base. The canonical location of Bioconductor package code that it distributes is on git.bioconductor.org (this is changing soon but for now still accurate) You can find instructions here https://contributions.bioconductor.org/git-version-control.html
Access to the package on git.bicoonductor.org is currently controlled through your BiocCredentials account. https://git.bioconductor.org/BiocCredentials/ All the configuration is correct on our end. You would need to add a ssh-key to your credentials account. It is this email that is used for login there.

Subject: [Bioc-devel] lost access to owner github account, still need to manage package repo

Hello,

A few years ago, I lost access permanently to my GitHub account. This
account is the owner of a bioconductor package (
https://secure-web.cisco.com/10EVj0ppYBzZEWcOOHyzRCzaEa8RpCfps2az4tttLyf3o6XRoV0i0H0Gtld_8lboBxXJ4S65lGagBBQN2hI3R8YGTTuAVwjj8m-2KfckZIL1TtpN72zmkOieJRuSNQlAl_sUvpcCpWbsNpgHpLQhuPLRYGpzrm6TwSuhfPu_96q1klZvT6ZGdVfkHcNEojAc8oBlCs0BZzgi5CuKmGNRpXBSr0Za5LRBGnOe7AcDP_Q7ZsFf8Xu99Mixmc2O7Eo4kbT3SwrAG1Kuz3TpfG2lebsyYpk334xmvMbjJ_nc3Si-wVGzcsguKljAZDwFea2MQwQHFro2X0y1xwVYA4_3a2g/https%3A%2F%2Fgithub.com%2Fhillarykoch%2FpowerTCR)

Recently I learned that the package will be deprecated because it has a
dependency that will be deprecated. I forked the master branch of the
package and updated it, to replace the dependency with a more actively
maintained package (fork is here https://secure-web.cisco.com/1zMx5z7Gv41lwauEv_wpjhtt7IHNRnlo7iO54WFdJ7L7FHcJ7tkm944Zze7X_i7gp1dJLesGJQv4Son1et_Em6jfAJaEJf3lD2URXc8pcWbb75SuyORMeWDeGwMNm1AzM4SqFpsAVjGK3pA2Y23NHehJqRebw0XxmAW_yzfCGizlRA-iDR29U6kKyRHGH22UnxfFMtzbMwsPO4woRlldnKjse-SnCKiJ7RLZ9s2CwhVmBWRZwf1UK14MeBm3LiOZPfmTFcg15__sRD-aAF18IZeXGq2oGdJUsfMmP-YVVTOxcC5fR1fhJEPFVXaHsZvefjvrz3384rOXvSzPC02LMKw/https%3A%2F%2Fgithub.com%2Fhillary-koch%2FpowerTCR).

What is the correct procedure to transfer the ownership of powerTCR such
that it can continue to be maintained?

Cheers
