[Bioc-devel] Request to reopen Bioconductor submission issue #184 – OrnTx

Dear Bioconductor team,

I am writing to request that submission issue #184 (OrnTx) be reopened on
the BiocContributions repository.

The issue was originally closed because my GitHub repository was set to
private. I have since made it public at:
https://github.com/lashikakarnal/OrnTx

I have also addressed all BiocCheck issues. The current status is:
  0 ERRORS | 0 WARNINGS | 11 NOTES

I posted a comment on issue #184 requesting the reopen, but wanted to
follow up here on the mailing list in case it was missed.

Description: The first R/Bioconductor package for ornamental plant
transcriptomics. Provides a complete RNA-seq pipeline, a curated Rosa
