[Bioc-devel] Cannot trace "Warning"

Dear all,


I wanted to check my package "HiCParser."

There are 2 "Note" issued by a local R CMD CHECK, and 3 "Note" issued by a local BiocCheck.

On the Bioconductor Single Package Builder, I can see 2 "Note" by R CMD CHECK and the same for BiocCheck.

Is there a reason?  Should I have 0 "Note"?
