[Bioc-devel] Cannot trace "Warning"

This seems to be an error on our system. We will investigate why a Warning label is produced when there is none in the report.  You may ignore for now.

Dear all,


I wanted to check my package "HiCParser."

There are 2 "Note" issued by a local R CMD CHECK, and 3 "Note" issued by a local BiocCheck.

On the Bioconductor Single Package Builder, I can see 2 "Note" by R CMD CHECK and the same for BiocCheck.
