[Bioc-devel] biocLite.R was removed in October 2024

Hi folks, 

I might've missed the announcement, but biocLite.R was (rightly so)
removed from https://bioconductor.org/biocLite.R finally in October
2024. 

I am just posting this because I had an older Dockerfile depending on
biocLite.R that stopped building with no helpful error message, so keep
this in mind ;-)
