[Bioc-devel] HiCDCPlus related BiocFileCache entries needed to be deleted in build/check machines

Thanks a lot Lori, I have made a change of download location in place for
the same cache entry, so that might not be the case. Next time, I will make
sure I version the cache entries as I do updates.
