[Bioc-devel] Add maintainer to scruff and celda

I sent this to maintainer using bioconductor.org<mailto:maintainer using bioconductor.org> but no one replied. I am the current maintainer of packages scruff https://www.bioconductor.org/packages/release/bioc/html/scruff.html and celda https://www.bioconductor.org/packages/release/bioc/html/celda.html. Please add Joshua Campbell camp using bu.edu<mailto:camp using bu.edu> as a maintainer for these two packages.
