I cannot locate the e-mail in any folder, even in spam/junk

Have you checked that the email did not get sent to the spam folder?  Sometimes the SPAM filter marks the confirmation emails as spam.

I'm trying to manage my credentials at https://git.bioconductor.org/BiocCredentials/login/ and I'm failing to log in.
I tried resetting my password several times - the website claimed an e-mail was sent but it never arrived.
