[Bioc-devel] Cannot reset credentials password

Hi Sergi,

I’ve tested our system and it seems like the email activation system is working fine. It’s possible that your “upc.edu<http://upc.edu>” is filtering the email before it reaches you. A lot of institutions do a spam filter before they even get to your inbox.

Can you give me another email address which you’d like to use instead of the “upc.edu<http://upc.edu>” one?
