[Bioc-devel] Need write permission for CNPBayes

Hi Rob,

I have corrected it. I think it should work now. 

It happened because you submitted your email as rscharpf at jhu.edu, but the email on file for all your other package is 
rscharpf at jhsph.edu. Keys are saved with the name of "email ID" submitted, if the SVN ID is the same as email ID.
