They are created automatically. There was an error during the update process for the git mirrors that halted the update. I am working on it now and release 3.2 branches for all packages should be available soon.

somehow my ensembldb package is missing the release-3.2 branch in the Bioconductor-mirror repository on github. Is there something I should have done myself? I thought that the branches are created automatically with each new Bioconductor release.
