[Bioc-devel] chromosome lengths (seqinfo) for supported BSgenome builds into GenomeInfoDb?

I dunno, standardizeSeqInfo just seems really long for a function name
users are going to have to call.

At the risk of annoying Herve further, what about

gr <- castSeqInfo(gr, "gh19")

?
