[Bioc-devel] package ‘FEM’ is not available (for R version 3.0.2)

Dear All,


I have a package, FEM, which is published few days ago. 


The link is :http://www.bioconductor.org/packages/devel/bioc/html/FEM.html


But when I try to install it,


     source("http://bioconductor.org/biocLite.R")
     biocLite("FEM")


R reports: package ¡®FEM¡¯ is not available (for R version 3.0.2).


So How  can I resolve this problem.


I also noted that "Bioconductor version: Development (3.0)"



What does this mean?
