[Bioc-devel] New biocViews for devel branch.

Hello everyone,

The new and revised biocViews suggested by us are now live.

We have made the following changes:

1. Modified all the packages in devel (2.14) to reflect the latest
    biocViews.

2. added the new biocViews to the devel page of the website.
    These can be accessed at :
http://www.bioconductor.org/packages/devel/BiocViews.html#___Software

3. added a "How-To" page for biocViews under the "Developers" page
    on the Bioconductor website.

Please note the following:

1. biocViews for current and previous releases have not been changed.

2. biocViews on the devel page has a checkbox which can be selected
    to show an exhaustive list of all biocViews.
    (When unselected, it shows only the biocViews which have packages
    associated with them)

3. The automated builder attached to our issue tracker will tell you
    if there are any issues with your biocViews.

We thank you all once again for all your suggestions during this
revision process.

We also urge you to add more relevant biocViews from the new
biocViews list on the devel page - to better "tag" your
existing packages.
