Are the numbers the same or almost the same? That's a big difference. If they are not the same, it means there have been downloads in the past week. If they are almost the same, then things are probably working.

Also, it is entirely possible that nobody downloaded a given package in a given week.

I took a look and it seems that all of our scripts are running properly. If you want to archive the current page so you can compare it to new results, feel free. You might also want to look at http://bioconductor.org/packages/stats/ which gives stats for all packages; if none of those numbers change, then there is almost certainly a problem.
