[Bioc-devel] BGmix package announcement

Dear all,

This is to let you know that a new package BGmix has been added to
Bioconductor 2.2. This package implements fully Bayesian mixture models
for classification of differentially expressed genes, together with
model checking procedures.

The models were published in the December issue of Statistical
Applications in Genetics and Molecular Biology:
