Hi,

according to

  http://bioconductor.org/packages/2.1/bioc/html/affxparser.html

there is no release version of 'affxparser' available for OSX.

...and the devel version is out of date:

  http://bioconductor.org/packages/2.2/bioc/html/affxparser.html
