Use of message() in fCalendar and fSeries

With the latest changes in R-patched, we have when testing QRMlib:

* checking data for non-ASCII characters ... NOTE

   #################################################################
   # The new version of 'fCalendar' has been renamed to 'timeDate' #
   #################################################################

   #################################################################
   # The new version of 'fSeries' has been renamed to 'timeSeries' #
   #################################################################

Portable packages use only ASCII characters in their datasets.

These come from the startup messages in those packages -- although you
carefully define MSG() you then do not use it for all of the messages,
so could you please do so?

If this is supposed to mean that QRMlib should be calling 'timeSeries'
rather than 'fSeries', please inform its maintainer. (I don't know
what the message is supposed to help with: if I drive an Opel/Vauxhall
Vectra, how does help me to know that the new model is called
something else?)
