[OGRUG] R-UG-Ottawa Digest, Vol 44, Issue 1

Paul Gilbert and I set up R-UG-Ottawa list and took over OGRUG from
Joseph Potvin a few years ago, intending to pass off to someone younger
and more active. So far that hasn't happened. Maybe it's time to think
of some meetup to try to kickstart the transition?
