I'm retired now but am pretty sure R is still used at the Bank of
Canada, and has been since circa 1997. (I find it hard to believe that
some of the arguments against open source still seem to be as uninformed
as they were in the early 1990s.)
You can also add OSFI and CDIC to your inventory, as I know through
contacts that it is used there.
Also, for those that missed it, the US government has a new policy on
open source: https://sourcecode.cio.gov/
