[R-wiki] Modification in ACL in the R Wiki site

Hello,

I have now adjusted ACL to deny modification of pages by anonymous 
users. So, you have now "Show pagesource" at the top left and bottom 
instead of "Edit this page" if you do not log in to the Wiki site.
