[R-wiki] Slow connection

>From work:
- open R-wiki 5 sec
- search for debian 6 sec
- open getting-started:installation:debian page 6 sec
- click on first edit 12 sec
- preview 5 sec
- save 5 sec

So this is not that much for each action, but it takes quite some time
if you want to do all of them. Am I just to spoiled or ... At home, this
is of course slower - I can not tell by how many, but I will report in
the evening on this.
