[RsR] Package title (was: OGK covariance estimator)

Why not simply 'robusta'

It is very easy also to find a logo for the package - robusta means:
- a coffee plant - Coffea canephora (robusta)

- a palm tree - Washingtonia robusta
- a cactus - Opuntia robusta
