[R-sig-ME] how to get the relative importance of each variable in linear mixed model

dear sir,

 I used lme4 in R to fit the mixed model.  i would like to get the relative importance of each variable. i know anova can  do the task  in linear model, but it can not work in linear mixed model.
so, my question is how to get the relative importance of each variable of both fixed effects and random effects in linear mixed model?
