[R-sig-ME] gee, geese and glmer

1.1-5 is the latest version on CRAN. As far as I know, blme works with the versions of lme4 >= 1.0 that made it to CRAN, so 1.0-4, 1.0-5, 1.0-6 and 1.1-5.
