[R-sig-ME] Binomial GLMM - Error (invalid class “mer” object)

Hi,

I have a question about your data, but not sure if it is related to the problem. 
"Species" and "Bee" are the same, isn't it? Can we then put species as fix 
faxtor and Bee as a random?
