[R-sig-ME] glmmADMB package

Dear list members,

I want to fit Zero inflated Poisson mixed models and for that I expected 
to use the glmmADMB package which seemed to do that. However I was not 
able to download the package. I'm using R 2.11.1. For which R version 
has the package been developed ?

Is there another package authorizing to use to this type of model ?
