[R-meta] Metafor rma.mv vs rma.uni & res not found

Dear Tina

Without an example showing what you did thsi is going to be hard to 
answer. Can you show us what happens when (a) you run one of the 
examples for rma.uni (b) what you are doing with your own data. Adding 
the output from sessionInfo() would do no harm either.
