[R-meta] metafor::forest no summary estimate for adjusted models

Dear Stephanie

If you have included a variable as moderator which in your case is some 
measure of baseline severity in the trial population then you are 
correct that you do not get a overall summary estimate. What would such 
an animal look like though? For what value of the moderator would it be 
the estimate? You can obtain estimates for any specific value of the 
moderator though.
