[R-SIG-Mac] Issues Downloading R on Mac M1

Hi,

I’ve been having issues downloading R and it is required for my statistics class. I have a macbook air with an M1 and it’s on Ventura. I followed the steps on the website to download R-4.2.2-arm64.pkg but everytime I get this error message:
