[R-SIG-Mac] I cannot download "updateR" package for macOS

None of the tools you are mentioning are maintained or recommended by CRAN, please use untrusted sources at your own risk and contact the corresponding authors if you have questions. (Brief look at the URL leaves me absolutely horrified at the security implications).
