[R-SIG-Mac] mac.r-project.org links are broken

FWIW I've started a daily mirror process (mirror URL =
https://rud.is/rmac/mac.r-project.org/) and also setup certificate &
uptime monitoring for the main site so there'll be a bit more advance
notice in the future.
I need to add a couple checks for this particular situation (to the
mirroring to avoid it clobberin the mirror) but it'll be a backup in a
pinch.
