[R-SIG-Mac] svn tarball

Bob, 

please note that it is not identical to the official sources and a checkout from the repo doesn't build. It only works with the action scripts in that repo, but not using the regular instructions from R-admin, so I would not recommend that for regular use. There are many other 3rd party ways to get the R sources, but that's not the question here.
