[R-SIG-Mac] Package sf 0.5-0 on El Capitan or higher

Roy,

the reason sf binary is not on CRAN is that it fails checks:
https://www.r-project.org/nosvn/R.check/r-release-osx-x86_64/sf-00check.html

When/if this is addressed the binary will appear.
