[R-SIG-Mac] Updated R language definition file for BBEdit

I recently noticed that multi-line quotation syntax highlighting was broken in the currently circulating version of the R.plist Codeless Language Module for BBEdit.  I have made a fixed that seems to work.  While I was at it, I looked up the most downloaded R packages and added a bunch more functions and operators to the language definition to get all of those properly highlighted.
