[R-SIG-Mac] Problem running TOBIT for R 3.2 at SPSS 24 Interface MAC Sierra 10.12.1

since this is a SPSS issue please contact their support. From the errors it seems you didn't install all necessary packages (it tells you that you din't install pbkrtest), but since we don't know what SPSS requires you'll have to take it up with them.
