Hi,
working in the R.app GUI, when trying to save a document or plot in the
editor or quartz windows, respectively, the R.app
- either hangs (the rotating Apple wheel, which I do force-quit then), or
- in the R console window, the following information is produced:
Nov 11 20:31:17 R[730] <Error>: CGContextGetCTM: invalid context 0x0. If
you want to see the backtrace, please set CG_CONTEXT_SHOW_BACKTRACE
environmental variable.
Nov 11 20:31:17 R[730] <Error>: CGContextGetCTM: invalid context 0x0. If
you want to see the backtrace, please set CG_CONTEXT_SHOW_BACKTRACE
environmental variable.

you want to see the backtrace, please set CG_CONTEXT_SHOW_BACKTRACE
environmental variable.

On iMac (Late 2012), the used system is: OS X El Capitan 10.11.1, Xcode
(including CLT) 7.1.1 (7B1005).
I have observed the above mentioned behaviors under the current
pre-compiled binary versions of R, including:
> sessionInfo()
R version 3.2.2 Patched (2015-11-06 r69617)
Platform: x86_64-apple-darwin13.4.0 (64-bit)
Running under: OS X 10.11.1 (El Capitan)
locale:
[1] de_DE.UTF-8/de_DE.UTF-8/de_DE.UTF-8/C/de_DE.UTF-8/de_DE.UTF-8
attached base packages:
[1] stats graphics grDevices utils datasets methods base
other attached packages:
[1] quadprog_1.5-5
Thanks much for any possible help in this respect!
Best regards, Ali
