[R-SIG-Mac] R-GUI-6783-3.1-mavericks-Release.dmg requires X11?

R.app doesn't need X11, but R does since it comes with X11 support.

BTW: The nightly binaries are now updated so they have the correct R.app and so does the CRAN binary for R 3.1.3.
